My first album “Santos Bonaerenses” was released in 2010.

A youth statement recorded at Casa Frida studios by Hernan Caratozzolo with Pepe Bengolea on drums and Francisco Marquez on bass. Three music videos directed by long-time collaborator Maro Juarez complete the production, which was thoroughly supported live with an intense string of shows in the Buenos Aires underground, culminating a searching process initiated by earlier EP’s  “Alfil” and “Eldorado”.

“25.102.Rayos!” followed in 2013. Having already booked a one-way ticket to NYC, the project was approached not only as an album but also as a document and a bit of a farewell. A collage of soundscapes rich in instrumentation venturing into then-unexplored territories both on a rhythmic and lyrical level. Sessions took place once again at Casa Frida studios, this time with Nicanor Faerberg on drums, Sebastian Ruiz on bass, Lucas Herrera Fernandez on keyboards and special guests. The album was staged live once only at Teatro del Viejo Mercado in the historic neighborhood of Abasto.

I moved to New York City in April.

First began playing in different East Village cafes songs of Muddy Waters, Robert Johnson, Smokey Robinson, Nat King Cole, Sam Cooke, Temptations and The Meters. The singles “Black Feathered Angels'' and “Please” followed shortly after, each accompanied by a video production in collaboration with french director Morgann Gicquel as well as russian filmmakers Anya Elnikova, Gene Dubin and Alisa Volodina respectively.

“First Impressions” EP in 2015 remains my most ambitious project to date.

Taking up two jobs to cover expenses, I put together an 11-piece band and headed into Studio G, Brooklyn. Engineered by Francisco Botero and mastered by Steve Fallone at mythical Sterling Sound with Ted MacInnes on drums, Mariana Iranzi on bass, Adam Ahuja on keyboards, plus a horn section and a string ensemble.

The release was featured on Indie Shuffle and Pop Matters, among other media outlets from Europe, Australia and Japan, reaching over 20k streams on Soundcloud with it’s first cut, “Purple”. During the next two years I got to perform in emblematic clubs of the local NYC scene, completing a series of East Coast tours that also took me to play for the first time in Boston, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Connecticut, Rhode Island and Washington, DC.

In the Fall of 2018 lured by a more lo-fi diy aesthetic I set up camp in a Queens basement to begin tracking what later became “Blue Whale”, armed with an assortment of mics, softwares, speakers, midi drums, the guitar and a John Lennon poster on the wall. A dark record instilled with deep disenchantment towards modern times, premiering on The Rodent Hour radio show by host Matt Townsend as well as on  withguitars.com. While no major efforts were put into promotion, the release provided a sufficient excuse to assemble a trio incarnation of the band and prompted a new round of performances in Brooklyn and Manhattan.

Before the turn of the decade I released “La Inmigración”

Conceived as a sunnier second volume to “Blue Whale”, the album is an ode to distance and nostalgia with a strong Latin influx, echoed by spanish-speaking media like Infobae, Indie Hoy, El Especialito, SPE, Radio Cocoa and Muzikalia. Partnered with label Elvis Attack, the release party took place in Buenos Aires, where I hadn’t played in almost seven years, kicking off shortly after a tour across the United States with shows in Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Austin, Houston, Dallas, Nashville and Memphis.

Featured on NPR among the Best New Latinx Music with the single “LUX”.

A song of hope recorded in Buenos Aires during the pandemic alongside two other tracks also released that year, “Mordisco” and Tiempos Dificiles”, with Jeremias Segall de Rosa on drums and Sebastian Ruiz on bass between the studios 505 and Zoara, mixed by Tino Moroder and mastering by Daniel Ovié.

In 2022 completed a tour through Europe playing in London, Paris, Berlin, Madrid and Barcelona.

“Electro Folk” changes my sound.

In recent years I had the opportunity to travel a lot and on the road learned how to solve songs with less, discovering my most essential form alone with a guitar and lyrics. Released in 2023, I believe this 5-track EP is the natural expression of that troubadour globe-trotting spirit.
